General meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month, except in December, when there is NO General Meeting.
The ANNUAL MEETING (when the Board of Directors election is finalized) happens in NOVEMBER (on the second Wednesday).
Board meetings are TYPICALLY held the first Wednesday of each month – and/or the Monday prior to each race weekend (subject to change). If you plan to attend a Board Meeting, please contact a Board Member prior to the meeting, to confirm the time and location.
